Deposit and cancellation regulations:
After booking, management will contact you to pay for your stay. Credit cards: not accepted. All payments by bank transfer or cash on the spot.
If canceled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. The prepayments will be reimbursed.
If canceled or modified later or if you do not show up (no-show), the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
VAT, city / tourist tax included.
Internet:
Wireless internet and digital TV (more than 200 stations) are available free of charge in the entire villa.
Breakfast:
Generous breakfast, welcome drink and water, fruit and snacks in the room are included.
Beverage / bar:
A communal bar with soft and alcoholic drinks is available. The consumed drinks are paid in cash at the check-out.
There is self-service in the lobby.
Parking :
Private parking is always free at the villa.

Pets are not allowed.

The entire villa is non-smoking. Smoking options are provided on the terrace.
